This week P4/5 have been very busy making mini Christmas cakes in baked bean tins. The children used this as a focus for their Numeracy work and had to firstly work out the cost of the ingredients before working together in groups to weigh the ingredients and follow the recipe. They all enjoyed putting their number skills into practice and all worked together exceptionally well. Mary Berry would be very impressed!
