P4 and 5 had great fun last week when they were presented with a challenge in Numeracy that required them to practice their knowledge about weight.
They were set the task to follow a recipe to make flatbreads, but had to ensure that they had converted the measurements correctly, weighed the ingredients carefully and read the scales accurately.
They all worked so well in their small groups and everyone produced delicious flatbread. It was a perfect opportunity to put their learning into practice while having fun at the same time.
