On Friday P4/5 enjoyed a morning spent along the recently opened river walk followed by some time in the community garden. They had recently been looking at the different wildflowers found around our school grounds and Bobby asked if we could carry out the same investigation along the river walk and compare results. We finished off our walk by having a senses scavenger hunt in the community garden.
The children thoroughly enjoyed spending time in these beautiful parts of the village and always love to take their learning outdoors.
