On Friday morning P1/P2 and staff put on their hi-vis vests and walked to the Mace. We brought our shopping lists and after we had a tour around the Mace each group got a basket and set to work finding the items on their list. After that they joined the queue to have their items scanned, paid for them and put them in the bags that they had brought with them. Shopping completed, we walked back to school along the path beside the river. Everyone enjoyed their trip to the Mace, and of course there had to be a treat to take home.
