A big thank you goes to Newmills Cultural Group for inviting the pupils of Newmills Primary School to paint Christmas pictures to decorate the Community Hall as part of the Christmas Lights Switch On celebrations.
A good crowd attended tonight’s celebrations with Santa making a special appearance. Rev James, presented the prizes to the winners of the painting competition:
P1 Carter, P2 Rosabella, P3 Freddie, P4 Adam, P5 Sienna, P6 Beatrice and P7 Cameron.
