P4/5 had a visit from Leanne who works for the Livestock Meat Commission. She spoke to the children about the farm assured scheme and traceability and why it is important. The highlight of her visit was the very tasty beef mince tikka and poppadoms. Leanne very kindly gave each of the children a beautiful book with some delicious looking recipes.
