We are absolutely delighted to share some very exciting news. Newmills Primary School has been awarded the Best School Award at the Families First Education Awards held at Titanic Belfast on Saturday 20th April 2024. This award reflects the dedication and hard work of the entire school staff, pupils, parents and local community.
Furthermore, Newmills Primary School was presented with the Pastoral Wellbeing Award an acknowledgement of the way every child is cared for as an individual.
Mrs Millar was also highly commended in the Best Principal category.
We had a lovely evening which was made all the more special by the awards we were presented.
Thank you to all those who have supported Newmills Primary School and we will continue to strive to ensure that every child will be the best that they can be.
