To mark the end of our WW2 topic we held an evacuee day with the children coming into school in costumes and all our activities based on our topic. They had great fun making planes and using leftover mashed potato to make potato bread. In the afternoon we sang along to WW2 songs and then went outside to play some WW2 playground games.
