Our Daily Mile on Friday will be slighty different. We are joining schools from all over Northern Ireland who will be wearing their Santa Hats during the Daily Mile to celebrate the positive benefits that daily activity can have on our mental health. No hat, no problem, wear a Christmas hair band, tinsel etc - the choice is yours.
